Both the workouts and yoga are designed for all levels of fitness and experience. Options are always given for less intense exercises, yoga poses and transitions.
For the yoga sessions you just need a mat. If you don't have yoga blocks or a strap, you can improvise with cushions and a belt or a pair of tights. Workouts will generally require a mat, and sometimes a chair or wall space. Options are given for you to use weights to increase the intensity if you have them; but improvisations can also be suggested!
Yes! Vegetarian adaptations are provided as well as alternative recipes. Gluten and dairy free options are given too.
Yes, like my one to one programmes, this is three months. This is a good amount of time to establish healthy habits and to see the results of your efforts! The three month period is charged when you join. After the three months, you are billed monthly.
Yes, you can. The first three months are billed up front, but after that you can cancel at any time to stop the next monthly payment.
Of course, although if you move to another level of membership, you will still need to pay for the first three months of that upfront. After which, you will be billed monthly. After you sign up to the new level, you will need to cancel your membership to the old level.
