“My yoga journey started whilst I was training in martial
arts.

After an intense and fun evening
of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the next morning would leave me feeling like I was 90
years old!

I started to introduce a
morning yoga practice to my routine, and the difference in how I felt was
incredible!

This prompted me to venture
to Goa, India to undertake my Yoga Teacher Training.

This was a transformative experience both
physically and mentally.

My yoga style is very much based on the physical, with the
benefits of mindfulness and stress management – and is ideally suited for
anyone who doesn’t see themselves as the typical yoga type.

Just like I never did!”
